  3. Self-starter – working as a commissioned sales associate requires that the ability to create a business plan and work the plan is of utmost importance.
  4. Superior focus - to establish a thriving referral based business which is the core of a top producer in real estate.


  1. NC Real Estate License is the first priority.  If you begin with a Provisional Broker’s license, the second priority is to acquire the 90 hours of Post Licensing to complete the education required for a full NC Brokers license.
  2. Following the hiring and commitment to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Pinehurst Realty Group as an independent contractor, the new agent will take part in our training programs:  6 Weeks to Excellence (the entry-level program to acquaint the sales associate with our programs and services) and 90 days to Success (the next step to fulfilling the education & skills needed to service customers and clients with the best personal and corporate platform for real estate sales).
  3. Additional education is on-going with our firm and will introduce the new sales associate to an "always learning and improving" work environment.
